Friday Wind-Down

Friday Wind-Down is a gentle end-of-week gathering designed to help you slow down and transition out of the stress of the workweek. I’m creating this space from my own experience of burnout, and the supports I learned that help to act as a buffer to the feelings of stress and fatigue from caregiving and job-related stressors that can accumulate by the end of the week.

Through reflection, creativity, and simple nervous-system calming practices, we create space to process the week and close the stress cycle before moving into the weekend.
