This spring I’m experimenting with this small gathering through the end of the school year to see how it feels and whether it might grow into a regular offering in the future.

What to Expect

• nervous system relaxation and calming experiences
• simple creative practices to lighten your mind and spirit
• light reflective practices
• optional sharing and (no pressure) connection opportunities

What’s in it for you?

During Friday Wind-Down, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Transition out of the stress and momentum of the workweek
• Slow down and give your nervous system the space to settle, and your mind a space to unwind in a supportive space.
• Give yourself some “me” time to acknowledge what you are holding onto, and want to let go of
• Reconnect with yourself through simple creative reflection
• Participate in fun and relaxing creative process-oriented art activities, using tools or materials you already have.
• Share insights with others and connect — or simply listen and reflect
• Enter the weekend feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded

Come exactly as you are — tired, curious, or simply needing a pause.

How It Works

• Please reserve a spot a week in advance (using the link below) so I know who and how many to expect. If you can’t make it, just let me know. This is a place you can come to if you need it. It is not another obligation to add to your list. There is a limit of 12 openings.
• You’re welcome to attend as often as it feels helpful.
• Join for the full hour or simply drop in for part of the time if that’s what you need at the end of a long week.
