By accessing or using the website beebalancedbyteresa.com, booking a service, enrolling in a program, purchasing artwork, or joining the Rest and Reflection Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or its services.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, clients, and participants who access or use the services offered by Bee Balanced by Teresa.
2. Services Offered
Bee Balanced by Teresa offers the following services:
Root and Reset — A 6-week guided program focused on burnout recovery, nervous system regulation, and creative reflection. Available in small group and one-on-one formats.
Root and Rise — A 12-week transformational program supporting nervous system reset, boundary work, and personal reimagination. Available in small group and one-on-one formats.
Private Coaching — Individual sessions for women seeking a private, personalized space for guided reflection and support.
Rest and Reflection Circle — A community cohort for helping professionals seeking ongoing support, rest, and connection.
Retreats and Restorative Experiences — Curated in-person and virtual experiences designed to support recovery and reconnection.
Artwork Sales — Original artwork and prints created by Teresa Rodriguez, available for purchase through this website.
3. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice
The services, content, programs, and coaching offered by Bee Balanced by Teresa are intended for educational, wellness, and personal growth purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or any form of licensed clinical care.
Teresa Rodriguez is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, or mental health professional. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek care from a licensed healthcare provider or contact emergency services.
Participation in any Bee Balanced by Teresa program or service does not create a therapist-client relationship of any kind.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Bee Balanced by Teresa makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, results, or transformations as a result of participation in any program, coaching session, circle, retreat, or other offering. Individual results vary based on personal circumstances, commitment, and a range of factors outside our control.
Testimonials or client experiences shared on this website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices for programs, coaching sessions, artwork, and experiences are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of booking or enrollment unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Bee Balanced by Teresa does not store your payment information.
For artwork purchases, payment is due at the time of purchase. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of order and are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Coaching Programs (Root and Reset, Root and Rise): Due to the nature of group and one-on-one coaching programs, all payments are final once enrollment is confirmed. If you need to withdraw from a program, please contact us as soon as possible. In extraordinary circumstances, a credit toward a future program may be considered at our discretion.
Private Coaching Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rest and Reflection Circle: Enrollment fees are non-refundable once a cohort has begun. If you are unable to join a cohort before it begins, please contact us to discuss options.
Artwork: All artwork sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Retreats and Experiences: Refund terms for retreats and restorative experiences will be outlined in the specific program agreement provided at the time of registration
7. Appointment Booking
Appointment scheduling is facilitated through Calendly. By booking an appointment through this website, you agree to Calendly's terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the confirmed time. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, program materials, course content, imagery, artwork, videos, and written resources, is the intellectual property of Teresa Rodriguez and Bee Balanced by Teresa unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without express written permission is prohibited.
Program materials shared with participants during coaching sessions or cohorts are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
Artwork purchased from this website grants the buyer personal display rights only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of artwork is strictly prohibited without written permission from Teresa Rodriguez.
9. User Conduct
By using this website and participating in any Bee Balanced by Teresa program, circle, or experience, you agree to treat all other participants, facilitators, and community members with respect and care. Bee Balanced by Teresa reserves the right to remove any participant from a program, circle, or community space for conduct that is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to others, without refund.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to Calendly, Stripe, Substack, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. These links are provided for your convenience. Bee Balanced by Teresa is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Balanced by Teresa and Teresa Rodriguez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, participation in any program, service, or experience, or purchase of artwork. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Bee Balanced by Teresa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
