This 4-month small-group cohort is designed for pediatric occupational therapists who want to build insight, prevent burnout, and process the complexity of their work in a grounded, supportive space.
🌀 You’ll receive:
4 monthly 60-minute virtual group sessions (Sept–Nov & Jan)
Optional two 1:1 30-minute monthly check-in’s with me during the cohort
Thoughtful peer matching (based on practice area when possible)
A confidential, facilitated space for authentic reflection
Prompts, grounding activities, and OT-informed support
Cohorts are limited to 7 people for intimacy and depth.
After registering, you’ll receive a short intake form via email to help match you with a best-fit group. Groups begin in September. You’ll receive your group’s day/time and calendar invite in August.
